ALL AT ONCE

It's been a while since my last post. The reason being we finally moved into Casa De Addlestone :) We've been here for a couple weeks now. It took us a week to clean our town home and it's nice to finally say that it's done. The management company whom we rented from had a crazy moving out list that needed to be done. Any who the keys are turned as of today. I just hope we get our one months rent for deposit returned to us. My parents came to help with the move and watch the kids while the cleaning was done. Which I'm grateful for, it's pretty tough not having a babysitter who we know on hand.
The week after we moved in, water was coming out of the unfinished basement cement wall. What's that all about??? The people who even built the house have no idea whats going on or why there's water in the basement. Now it's time to dig up that part and find the reason why. On top of that we've been waiting for our living room couch to arrive its been a month. Once they dropped that baby off and the delivery guy said look it over and sign. I was so disappointed to find a hole in the bottom front of the couch. UGGGGG!!! What's going on today????
They left the couch and said someone will contact today or tomorrow to see what will be done. I better get a new one.
One more thing my camera broke :(

DIA DE LAS MAMAs

I'm very lucky to have a mother who is always there when I need her. She's been there for the birth of both of my kids and told me how to care for them. Because I had no clue what I was getting myself into and I thank her big time for that. She loves unconditional and the lady can't say NO to anyone. Mom please learn to say NO especially when working OT. I moved away from my parents a year ago and its been so tough for me. Especially when I lived close by I went to visit every other day and she came to my house the days I didn't go to hers. Now I call everyday and she calls the days I don't :) I'm so excited to see you soon.
I miss you so much and so does OG and XL!

Prudy was my preschool teacher and like my adopted mom. I mean what else should I call her she's almost has been there since my birth, minus a couple years. I'm so lucky that your in my life and you showed me how to sew when I was 8 or something like that. Now I'm sewing like a crazy! Don't forget her mama, grandma Mariom here's a shout out to you!

Sharon my mother-in-law who is always there to help and calls to see how her grandkids are doing. Which lately OG has been missing her since she came to visit a week ago. Im so happy to have you in my life.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

OGs RUFFLE SHIRT

Since ruffles are in fashion now I decided to make OG a shirt. I took a shirt that she often wears to use as a pattern and some fabric I had. Then just added a ruffle neckline. I think its so cute she on the other hand decides what she likes and dislikes clothing wise. This is on her dislike list, oh baby girl your so lucky to have a mom who knows how to sew and make you CUTE clothes.

McCALLS PATTERN- M6065

This is one of my favorite tops for little girls and easy, McCall's M6065. Because I'm frugal I made one or two(don't remember) one size bigger so she can grow into. This one is her size 3T and I'll be making many more for this summer.
